I think that Barilko proposal of the clock going down each round would do the same thing.

Example 1st round is 24 hours 2nd round is 18 hours. 3rd round is 12 hours. 4th and 5th round are 6 hours. With a ruling that once you pass all future picks are now only half the time.

I am really not having a good draft at all...

got who i wanted at 1.5

But really should have went QB at 1.9, really did not realize that QBs were gonna go so fast in this draft at the time...

2.5- i panicked and took a QB when none were available so i reached for one... which made me pass on some better picks...

3.5- I should have doubled down on the Houston situation, especially after my 2.5 pick... but took a WR that would have been available for me later on...

4.5- at this point you take anyone... who cares... hopefully he does something...

Maybe we should mandate that we reduce our rosters to 20 before the draft. It would eliminate drops during and could also muddy the rookie pool a little.
As much as i am happy to get Darrynton Evans after a mid-draft drop, some owners may not view that kind of pickup as "strategic" (for lack of a better word).

Normally we do...the reason we had 25 already this year was we didn't cut the taxi squad due to COVID crap last year

i agree unless he chimes in to pick a drop he likes --- it would be smart decision to render that decision
