I was addressing a comment you made about today’s refs being worse than refs from previous eras.

That isn’t true.

I don’t know where you get your opinions from, but my comment about social media is spot on **as to why most people who think that way actually believe it.

30 years ago when I missed call happened, you would likely never see it again unless it took place at the very end of a close game.

I've been waiting for this topic to be brought back up instead of bringing the topic up myself. Like I told you my opinions are from watching games live. That's where they come from. Yet you're still insisting on social media. I don't get my opinions from watching highlights.

It's also really bizarre how some folks have to constantly come on here to bitch and cry about every bad call they see.

Yes, refs makes bad calls, it happens. When the best compliment you can get after a game is that no one remembers you were there...you have an impossible job.

No one is claiming that the refs are perfect. But posting several times a day, virtually every day about how bad they are at their jobs and posting about virtually every bad call someone can find is getting old.

I said some folks. Folks is plural (hence the "s" at the end of folk).

So, not only did I not mention you, I didn't specifically mention anyone.
