Means nothing really.

We can't catch Denver.

So, no matter what we are in the play in.
And a real chance to get to the big boy playoffs without Leonard and PG.

The Clippers are a scrappy squad.

You can’t blame the guy for the salary cap rules. Who has cap room to sign a $40 million dollar player in the NBA that is also a contender? And are we really going to talk integrity of the game when a widely accepted rebuild plan in the NBA entails tanking?!?!? These things you’re citing aren’t Harden problems. I get it. You don’t like the guy and that’s your right but when you go and apply “reasons” you open the door to scrutinize your reasoning. Do you hate AD? Cause dude did the same thing.

Harden's intent was securing the bag, then bagging his effort to screw the team. Deplorable. Either make those intentions known to the team, or take a little less in a S&T deal to get to a more competitive team.

AD didn't tank on the floor. His team chose to bench him after he wanted a trade. As I said, holding out is one thing. Intentionally playing like crap on the floor is another. It's not dissimilar to fixing games.

Tanking is typically done by management, not by the effort of the players on the floor.

While I do personally hate Harden's game, that's separate from this. I thought the Sixers were smart to make this trade, even when Sixer fans were worried they were giving up too much due to including Curry. That doesn't let Harden off the hook for his past deeds that forced this trade (or the previous one).

Boooooo! Dude is trash now. At the same time, I’m not gonna lose my shit over a dude that will only play 8-10 minutes a game. Harden can make just about anyone work at the 5 and he should get all his minutes with Harden. I still think the Sixers had a better internal answer here with Bassey.

I was surprised they were so eager to get him, just as I was surprised that the Lakers bothered with him in the first place. As you noted, he's a back up at most, but he's washed. He'll occasionally block a shot, but that's about it. Ideally, he's a "use if desperate" option or garbage time filler. The Lakers decided to go even smaller instead of keeping him (waived him to sign DJ Augustin).

That one "washed bum" is paying serious dividends for Denver since he's been there....also did a decent job with the Bucks.
The other "wb" would help the dubs on the glass, setting screens, blocking shots.....so we'll agree to disagree.

I've seen enough of Jordan this year that I can't agree with the second part.
