What about the fans, the refs, arena staff. This is an air borne virus. Absolutely the odds of a player dying or getting very sick is slim
What about their families. Refs familes. Fans familes etc.

I guess for fans I'd say if you are worried, don't go. assuming player families are as young as the player would seem odds are slim anything happens to them, as well. Their parents? could be a concern but they could stay way if they wanted to be careful. No different if season continues or stops.

Refs a little older so could see if they were concerned.

Don't know the exact number here in CO. But 85% of all current hospitalizations are among the unvaccinated. And the vaccinated currently in the hospital all have some kinda serious underlying health condition and/or are near 80.
