Just heard an interesting point regarding all of the protocols around NFL and NBA teams/players. If a player is positive for Covid, but is asymptomatic and vaccinated...they should be allowed to play. Cant say I disagree.

Yeah, they were saying today that there doesnt seem to be evidence of on the field or on the court transmission. Also, as several have pointed out, professional athletes are among the least likely in the world to have any kind of issues.

Even if asymptomatic you can pass
We appear to be at a point in the pandemic where...

1.) you can get CV19 from so many different directions (there's no way to really stop the spread)

and

2.) if you're healthy and have already been exposed, then the chances of a severe case are very small

So... why worry as much about it? Especially in terms of a group (NBA athletes) that is in peak physical condition.
