He's actually back before Christmas. And Wiseman is back in a couple weeks. Poole obviously goes to the bench when Klay is back but I suspect Klay will only play 20-25 minutes a game at first, plenty of minutes for Poole. A good problem to have.

no- maybe on a longer time frame he can get it together

but i wouldnt expect him to step in and be a net positive any time soon- let alone someone who is worthy of the #2 pick.

So a 20 year old kid that averaged 11.5 & 5.8 on 51% + shooting & only played 21.5 mpg last season as a teenager has no chance of improvement?

It doesn't matter where he was picked, all that matters is can he add to this already good team? The answer is definitely yes, they need size and length as rim protection and another option to score helps too.

It's like Wiggins. He'll never live up to his #1 draft pick status, and he's wildly overpaid. But he's on the team and thriving in that Harrison Barnes 3rd/4th best player on the team role.

But sure keep doubting, makes it more fun as they keep winning.

When he gets the issues with a player he digs in. This isn't the first time or last time he'll let his personal feelings for a player override logic.

I said Murray twice. And Sexton isn't on that level really either. I know teams have injuries but those 4 are game changers
