Just an absolute awful loss by the Sixers to a far inferior team, and this close to the playoffs is a bit concerning.

People have not been paying attention to detroit of late. I can't blame them but they have been competitive the last 20 or so games

That said.... yes it is a shitty loss. Especially considering detroit is without Grant.

The Nets should have won anyway, so not why the Bucks won.

But…

I actually had the exact same thoughts watching the end of that game.

Bucks were aggressors and were always going to get more free throws. But they called a lot of ticky tack stuff on Giannis and Holliday drives, while allowing the Bucks to be very physical defending the Nets stars.

I saw 3 or 4 occasions where Giannis would crash into the defender dislodging him, then get the benefit of the whistle on the next contact when the defender tried to get back in position.

The game was not officiated the same way on both ends of the court in the 4th quarter, IMO.

Free throw disparity has been a thing for a long time running now in the NBA.
Bucks went 28 of 34 from the charity stripe.....and the Nets went 11 of 16.
That said....if the Nets made 2 of their 5 missed FT's....they win.
