2020 Commit List (in OP) and General Recruiting Thread

Is anyone concerned that 2 of the top 4 were former Huskers, kinda makes me , were they poor fits in the system? Dixon was a guy Frost got from Ole Miss, wasn't he?

Wow... gone for a week and a bunch happens... I will be adding the commits to the list shortly... FYI... some info I got passed that probably isn't new to you guys but was to me:

Nebraska is looking at picking up steam fairly quickly... I know we hate silent commits but there seems to be at least a few players playing the silent commit game currently.

Nebraska backed off another JUCO LB (Maurice Wren) supposedly because Kaden Johnson is likely N. I'm working on an Early Signing day Big Board as we speak... will post shortly. I think you guys are gonna like some of the names.

As I predicted when we offered him, Sevion Morrison has been elevated to a 4-star on Rivals now which makes him a Composite 4-star. Logan Smothers is also a Composite 4-star now as well. So... we added two new four star recruits in one day but they were already committed. haha

If you're looking for another player that might receive a ratings bump in the current class, here are a few:

Blaise Gunnerson
Turner Corcoran (I know he's highly rated but I truly believe he has a shot at a 5-star rating depending on how he does at the all-america games)
Marvin Scott III
Nash Hutmacher
Ronald Delancy

Not sure any or all of them get bumps but most of them had really solid, if not great, senior years on film, especially Scott.

Really weird timing, I dunno what to think about it. I don't think nebraska moved on but I also don't think there have been any more offers. We'll see... I'm kind of wondering if it's an academic issue

I don't think it has as much to do with other offers as it does with us potentially parting ways either academically, or because we found someone else. He was asked why he decommitted, and his answer was something to the effect of "talk to the coaches".... It could have been us letting him go because he was still interacting with other schools, but that doesn't seem very Frost-esque
