There are a boatload of good players we could snag on day two. Should be very cool to see the bounty that Snead and company have put together.

Suh on another 1 year deal maybe?

If you want a penetrating pass rusher, maybe Dre'Mont Jones, Trysten Hill or Gerald Willis? If a bigger nt, maybe Daylon Mack? Not many guys left that could step right in; most will need some development.

Well, most figured the Rams would try and trade down, so that was not a surprise.

The run on DT's was more than usual, but this is a deep defensive class. The gap between who they could've taken vs who they can still get was not that large anymore, so better to trade down and pick up an extra 3rd.

Now, the gap between their picks won't be as significant as it would've been had they kept their first and then had to wait until the end of the 3rd to pick again.

The upper tier DBs are still available. Upper tier DTs and interior Olineman are gone. I almost think they grab a DB in the 2nd then address Oline in the 3rd. If Mack Wilson, LB Alabama is there that could be an option too

If they are looking for a starter type player/BPA, I’m thinking DB is the way to go.

The Les Snead/Thomas Dimitroff connection is alive and well. Great to have found that trade partner to move down and get a 2nd and 3rd round pick. If I'm recalling correctly, we moved down with the Falcons some drafts ago and took Alec Ogletree.

I'm sticking with the beef for our second round pick and first pick in the 3rd round. Here goes:

2.45 - OL - E. McCoy (Texas A&M) / D. Risner (Kansas State) / E. Jenkins (Miss. State)

3.79 - DL - C. Omenihu (Texas) / J. Jackson (Miami) / R. Wren / (Arizona State)

3.94 - LB - T. Lamar (Clemson)

3.99 - CB - D. Long (Michigan)

I think we will see the McCoy and the kid from Ohio State (Dre'mont Jones) in Rams unis before the night is over. RamCub has it covered. Risner and Jenkins are in play as well.
