So the 3 drivers I dislike the most.
Joey Logano
Kurt Busch
Kyle Busch

Glad that Joey lost
& even though I cant stand the Busch Brothers (hate Kurt more) I thought that finish was awesome. Got to hand it to Kurt. He was not going to be denied, actually glad he was the one to win tonight. Kudos to Kurt.

On a funny note. Ryan Newman started last with a piss poor team & finished 9th. Logano with the winning car finished 7th

Funny you should mention that you don't like the Busch brothers since I enjoy watching them both drive. Can't say I'm a big fan of "Sliced Bread" but he doesn't bother me like a few other guys (well Harvick mostly now that Jr. is retired).

That was indeed a great finish last night. Watching the excitement on Kurt's face in contrast to the disappointment/anger on Kyle's was pretty funny.

That was probably the first race of the season that I would call a good race.

I'm gonna make a bold prediction and say Jimmie Johnson and Kevin Harvick both retire at the end of the season. When Harvick retires, it's gonna be hard for me to watch much anymore. I've been a Harvick fan since day one, and these youngs guys all have the personality of cardboard.

I love Logano and Team Penske.

I was a Tony Stewart fan until he retired. Met him at a Home Depot a long time ago in Maryland when he was racing at Dover that weekend. He was very nice to talk to and he autographed his book for me. I also liked Mark Martin.
Today I root for Chase Elliott and Denny Hamlin. I realize that some drivers do not have the most pleasant personality, especially when they lose, but just as some disliked Dale Earnhardt Sr. for the way he took other drivers “out” on the track, I respected him for the great race car driver that he was.

I was a Dale Sr fan as a kid. Became a Harvick fan from day one. Tony Stewart was my second favorite driver his entire career.

I think I'll become a fan of Tyler Reddick when he makes the move to the Cup Series. He looks like he has a bright future and seems to have a bit of a personality too, and I've always been an RCR fan at heart.

I feel like drivers used to last longer previously. Now most drivers are retiring in their early/mid 40's. Before it feels like guys used to race until late 40's/early 50's.

They get paid more now and there’s more knowledge of concussions and what not

The race itself wasn't near as good as last week, but another great finish, and finally, Harvick gets back to victory lane. Been way too long. He's the only one out there I care to see win.

Glad to see a good close finish. Congratulations to Harvick on his first win this season, and Denny Hamlin raced him clean, just a little bumping at the end.

Kudos to Denny for not punting the 4 but just trying to move him.
Other drivers should take note of this.


Side note. Good job newman.
Again taking a Roush car & starting last & getting into the top ten (without Pit strategy) lose a cylinder, get it fixed restart last on lead lap later in race & still get up to finish 7th.

The NASCAR dog and pony show is at Michigan today. Logano is the leader with 50 laps remaining.
