I was all for letting Parker earn it. Save Mr Rodgers. If Parker blows the game, then he proves beyond a doubt he doesn't belong here. Beside, Mr Rodgers could have put a stop to it before it turned into a loss. Just my thinking on it. 4 runs aught to be enough cushion even for our shit pen.
