I usually agree with Bert, but I don't when it comes to us running. We have speed, we need to use it. Its a learned trade. If you don't do it, you wont be good at it when you try. We should be using every tool we have to win games.

I coulda got to the wall on that Cron ball. That thing took a good 20 seconds to get down.
