He was never a hard thrower, even in his prime, he's always relied more on his breaking pitch, he loves the slider. I think it will prove to be a positive trade. It can't be the only one we make though.

Lucky for them they at least are not spending like 13 of them on the road tho.

So now IF we hold off Cleveland (and I'm not convinced we do, even though Cleveland didn't really improve themselves trading one cancer for another), we're looking at facing either our personal boogieman the Yankees or the Astros who just acquired Greinke and Sanchez.

Best case scenario we're out in 3 in the ALDS.
