we don't have a starting MLB and no depth behind Lee or at MLB. we either draft at least 2 LB's early or we will have problems. one of either Vander Esch or Evans and then Jewell
maybe for the middle guy, I like Vea or Smith, but don't think they will be there at 19.
Not saying they don't need to address LB, I'm saying a run stuffing DT would give great help to the LBs.
Smith might be, but we'd have to trade up for Vea at this point. And yes I'd be ok if we did so.
We have a lot of holes and that is certainly one of the biggest. Would be great for the team to get a stud LB next week. But you force it and you waste a pick and you still have all the same holes next year. I'd be ecstatic with LB at 19, but only if the team thinks he is worth the pick. We see a lot of guys picked around there in all these BS mocks, but that means nothing. the team may love the guys you mention or have no interest in them at all.

well I agree with him. Vea will go in the 1st 16 picks which would force us to trade up to get him. Payne would probably be there at 19 along with Evans and Vander Esch
I'd bet at least one is. But that wasn't my point. The Cowboys may not think either is worth a first round pick
I sure as Hell would take him in the top 10 myself, but if 5 QBs go before us I can see a lot of these guys dropping and DTs aren't usually drafted early and often. I'm very interested to see where goes
