Danny would never be so ruthless as to pickup a really good player who becomes the face of the franchise (MVP candidate .. at least early last year) -- then dump him after he gets hurt -- right ?

Probably ... but I just wanted to give Ainge crap again for trading IT after he tried to played through the hip problem in the playoffs.

Ironically, IT's experience last year may be the example that Leonard is aware of and which could make him more likely to sit at the end of this year. (and potentially get him traded to the Celtics) If he played through it and made his quad worse ... maybe the Spurs would not be loyal either. Ramona S. had a good article about current Spurs situation.
