Virginia has more injuries than we do. They were devastated in the pre-season and early part
of the season.

Miami is just off. They don't really have much hitting and the p[itching has been nothing
to write home about

To be clear, I do consider OSU to be an elite program, but their success is relatively recent compared to the longtime blue bloods in the sport, which is why they’re not top 10 in CWS wins and many other categories.

Stephen Wells hit a 2-out Home run in the top of the 13th
inning and FSU downed Clemson 3-2 this evening.

FSU improves to 32-14, 14-10 while Clemson fell to 34-12, 17-8.

The 2 teams play again on Sunday at 4pm and Monday night at
7pm.

I was so tired and relieved that the game was finally over last
night, I forgot the most important thing.

With the win...Mike Martin became the Winningest Coach in
College Baseball History with 1,976 wins.

Tigers scored had 12 by the 5th inning and coasted to a 12-7 win.

They got to Karp pretty well.

We'll throw Cole Sands tonight. He's been out for two weeks with
that bicep tendonitis. If he is on, we'll be ok. We've hit the ball well
against them. If Sands can't go, we'll have to use Pollack and then it
could be Home Run Derby for Clemson.
