I am in tribble. I don't have any good Star Trek references to add.

So. Jussi that Jokinen is close to signing with a western conference team?

right province, wrong team.

Gotta agree with the tweeter, the Pans were a barn fire last year. Reilly Smith, Bjugstad, Ekblad and Jagr all had significant production decreases last season compared to 2015-16.

TBH, before Marleau I half-expected the Leafs to go for him.

It's a pretty low risk move at that price. I would have taken him as well.

Hell, I might even welcome Jagr provided the price is okay. The only thing that worries me is 300,000 coeds only 3 miles from the arena.

Okay, colour me confused. Far as I can tell, the only player the Sharks lost of consequence was Marleau but their negative is pretty heavy meanwhile the Leafs' positive is minuscule?

The Leafs basically made lateral moves in swapping Hunwick and Boyle for Hainsey and Moore so maybe i'm slow but I'm interpreting that the add of those two doesn't cover the loss of the other two and the addition of Marleau is insignificant although it's devastating to the Sharks?
