Comedy Poutine out of Montreal

@ArponBasu
Alex Radulov says Habs offered same deal as Stars only after he agreed with Stars. At that point it was too late because he already agreed.

Taxes are way higher in Quebec than they are in Texas, I reckon.

You gotta love how some "Hockey Men" have jobs at major networks.

Dave Poulin, who is a dong, on Radulov just now on TSN: "I think it's the right move by Marc Bergevin. He clearly wasn't going to move on term, wasn't going to do 7 or 6 years and wasn't going to do 5 years either."

Dave, he offered him the same fucking deal he signed! It's public knowledge.

I know there are concerns about his foot speed, but I think it could work alongside Johnny Hockey and Moneyhands...

I misread this initially as above ^.

And then thought, 'yeah, with those two guys even Dash could probably pot 5 goals and reach double digits in assists.'

;)

I figure I'd be good for at least 3 goals being banked in off my big butt, eloco.

So in a league made up of only Star Wars characters with a salary cap of say $75 million, who would be the highest paid players?

Jabba - $10M (Capitals) - He's the Ovechkin of the galaxy. Not much of an explanation needed here.
Luke - $8.7M - (Penguins) - The Crosby of the Galaxy. He's pretty awesome but he's still got a fair share of bitch boy in him. I mean how many fingers could this guy sever with a lightsaber? So much upside here.

More on this later.

I think Princess Leia would be the contract that the team will wind up regretting. That smug attitude will wear thin over time, could absolutely kill a lockerroom.

Chewbacca could win a Norris playing a Zdeno Chara-like villager-eating style of defense. Imagine the reach!

Though, the whole pulling people's arms out of their sockets when he loses thing could lead to some 1 or 2 game suspensions from DoPS.

Vader would be a franchise goalie. If you can stop blaster fire with your hand, you can stop a puck, I'd have to imagine. Though one wonders if he'd be a coach killer, given his propensity to force choke people in positions of authority.
