Yeah should I be more careful with my wording?

I don't think they check this board.

I'll be more vague if that's the case. Not trying to be robin hood. Those guys work hard for that info.

Maybe a mod can edit my post and dumb it down a bit to say JKP had a great visit and it set the standard for his future ones. I'm not trying to get my subscription taken away.

Idk the rules about posting $ content, but not what I was saying anyway, just wondered about what was being said about some of the other guys, Sarell, Daniels ...just paraphrase roughly

Jaylon Redd, Rancho Cucamonga, Cornerback had very similar sentiments to what JKP said.

Loved the physicality. Loved the atmosphere and the fans. Loved seeing Lamar Jackson start.

He's a two way player at this point and the staff is being flexible about how he could be used here. He just wants to get on the field right away so whether that's wide reciever or db he doesn't seem to care

We are competing with UCLA and Oregon for Redd at this point. Beating Oregon could go a long way.

As for the whale on campus last night..

Donovan Peoples-Jones, Cass Technical, Wide Receiver was not at all concerned about the lack of passing in last nights game.

Said all the things you would expect a player on his OV to say. Has no solid plans for his next OV's, but Florida and Florida State are likely destinations.

As much as he says he's not concerned, it really would have been nice to get the passing game going for a bit.

I'm still a little puzzled why we didn't. I get they're trying to establish the run game and get that physicality going, but Tommy's still gonna have to pass a whole lot more than that for us to win, and he's gotta get the feel for it in game at some point.

I strongly suspect they are playing possum leading up to the Oregon game.

I'm sure DPJ will keep an eye on our offense throughout the season, so you can give the staff a pass for not opening up the playbook just because some recruits are in town who may or may not ever suit up here.

I'm not sure which would make a more negative impact on the WR recruits, not passing very much, or passing a lot with a QB who is not made for a passing offense and looking bad while doing so.

#6 DB in the country Thomas Graham had a great visit. Once again said all the things you expect to hear from kids who visit Nebraska. The fans is what recruits continually point to as the overwhelming thing that sticks out.

His final visit will be... You guessed it, Oregon.

Texas DT Damion Daniels loved his visit as well.

Has OV's set up for Iowa, Colorado, Florida, and USC.

The word through the grapevine is he's a very likely Nebraska lean and it should be tough to beat us out for him.

Nebraska NEEDS a big body in the middle in this class.

So for the pièce de résistance, Offensive Tackle Foster Sarrell. The single highest rated recruit to ever take an official visit to Nebraska. Number 1 overall player in the country.

2 things.
1. Mike Riley's been recruiting him since he was a Freshman and they have a strong relationship
2. Mom came for the visit, and mom strongly approved.

My opinion... There's a mix of guys who want to play early, and guys who want to play for winning programs.

We already showed 'em you can play here early. Now we just need to go out and WIN WIN WIN.

I'm wondering if the Fire Miles growing sentiment will help Coach Parrella get DT Shelvin to at least visit here.
Funny how we were blacklisted by the entire country for canning Blow Paninni but yet they swing happily on those nuts if it's sec

So, lots of great stuff out of the weekend, wouldnt' expect any commits but that's not because it wasn't great. It's because it was full of high profile kids that will likely wait until january if not Signing Day. Oddly enough, I haven't seen any info on Darnay's visit... good bad or indifferent. Interesting note.

Not sure if it was last week or when exactly but his dad was quoted as saying he'd love for him to go to Nebraska if that's what he chooses when they asked him why he didn't like Nebraska. That's the last I heard.
