I agree it was a perfect example of this team. They can score but then shrink in the end. Lundqvist can make the saves but lets in some easy ones. Defense has a few brain farts a game and it always results in goals. I mean the first 3 goals against shouldnt of happened if the defense actually played and Lundqvist would make the saves he should have.

His stats no doubt are as handsome as he is, and thats about it! can the rangers win with him in net, with staal & girardi, NO WAY!

Right no Lundqvist is a decent goalie he will make the saves you expect him to minus one or two but he is isnt able to make the big save anymore so like against Philly the defense just stands around he cant make that spectacular save like he use to.

Isnt that more of a front 5 problem you keep saying ohh they play better when Raanta is in there and then put the blame on Hank. They need to start playing defense no matter who is in goal.

as i have posted for years, staal & girardi, they don't add up to 1 player!!!! cannot believe AV continues to play these guys, makes no sense!

if habs win it will take 7...

rangers have a great chance of reppin the east, with the track record of wash in playoffs, and pitt and columbus, ones out, also pitt losing key player too.... but i know as a rangers fan it matters none cause disappointment is a big part of being a rangers fan!
