Just going to say, I think if Coastal Carolina can handle the big lights (tall task), they have a damn good shot at winning it all. Their biggest problem is they can either win it all or be 2 and done with their hitting style. Everyone says gorilla ball doesn't work anymore, well this team will put that theory to the test. Bad match up for Florida though, interesting game though. Can't wait for it to begin.

And big for both teams is that neither used their pen. That is huge considering how much depth you tend to need in Omaha.

I gotta think going into Baton Rouge and beating LSU, especially after they almost completely melted down in the 9th....that shows they can do it.

LSU is not a well managed baseball team and really was not THAT good this year. Them going into Alex Box and winning proves they can go on the road and win, but Stony Brook did the same and was 2 and done.

Hats off to the AZ pitcher-8 innings only giving up one and he takes the loss. He really gutted the 7th and 8th out. I really thought we were going to open the game up before they went to their bullpen. Tip of the cap there.

My guess is he's coming out of the bullpen in 3 or 4 years.

He has the raw power to hit it out of any ballpark and really had a better offensive season last year than this year. He has had the strikeout bug all season. He has really showcases his pitching in the tournament though.
