he could... it's between the Suns, 76ers, Bobcats, and Celtics imo. I might be missing a team.

If Rondo plays all season that team wont be bad enough to get the top pick. Probably late lottery pick. I rooting for them to tank at this point. Even if it's top 7, that will still be a big time player to add to Rondo and Green.

1-13 we don't get it until next year. Anything higher than 13 then we get it this year.

Yeah, I'm assuming Rondo misses the first month or two of the season. If he's healthy though, they probably won't be in the top 5 worst teams. But if he misses significant time then they could very well be right there in the Wiggins conversation.
