I have no clue. It looks like only the dedicated people are here on the weekends. Which is going to slow us down. We discussed this before we started and everyone said it wasn't a big deal, but obviously it is considering what is happening now.

What is the purpose of mocking? To get the best team possible in realistic fashion or unrealistic fashion by skipping people? Why not make the pick for them?

Well if we are speaking realistically the NFL does this very thing of causing the team to be skipped until the next team picks. It happened a couple of times to Minnesota where they lost their privilege of picking at their spot and had to be dropped a spot. So if we are doing a true mock draft then this is exactly how it would be done.

You will just pick 69th overall. ATL and NY will be skipped

Exactly...that is how the NFL would actually conduct it say this happened on draft day. Also Gkokoa if a team would continually miss their draft spot then yes they would theoretically keep dropping in the draft. Now has it happened beyond just one pick...I don't think so. Again though the guys running this have told people over and over again if you don't know if you will be here to make a list. Every single day this thing has been in motion that has been mentioned over and over. So the fact that these people would know that they were up and yet still did not either get a list in or try to be on when they were supposed to then there is some kind of penalty that comes with that. They have had multiple outlets to be able to get their pick in.

Now I understand all our lives don't revolve around this draft so I don't expect everybody to be on all the time but with something like this at least checking once a day just to make sure none of your teams are picking or if they are then putting in a list in my opinion isn't asking a whole lot with how much access to technology we have today.

The thing to remember is EVERYONE WAS ASKED TO LEAVE A LIST! If we keep picking for teams they will lose interest and never come back.

Exactly. I just believe that people honestly don't care to do it, or think its just boring. They are too interested in other things right now to be bothered with a mock draft. I think this was a good way to test the board's interest though.
