2014 Mock Draft Discussion Thread

If you don't they will lose interest Bc their draft is screwed.

I disagree, I want to make all my picks I would rather be skipped 10 times than have people pick someone I didn't want.

Using the logic of picking for teams that miss their pick we will end up with like 5 of us here making every pick.

Yeah if somebody kept picking for me I would just leave. What is the point of me trying if somebody else is deciding for me.

You would hope that the two GM's have come up with a list together so that one wouldn't be pissing off the other with their choice of player.

You are in the minority on this one, i've done these things for years, picking for people scares them away alot more than skipping them...

That is an awesome idea and one I think we should use when we do the after combine mock.

Yah I don't know about that, it would be tough to get 2 for each team. We could try it, but a list is the key.

Yeah he definitely is a guy that I think will rise. My guess is at the combine the guy will have the biggest vertical of all the receivers. Throw in he has giant hands and his tape shows him fighting for the ball at the high point. Being 6'3" with a huge vertical any quarterback would want to have that. He did have a somewhat down year this past year so his value is somewhat down so I could see him making it to late 2nd but I do think he is a guy especially in the Red Zone that could be an impact player day one for whatever team gets him.

I think there are some of us who we know will be active so it wont be an issue but I still think its a great idea to have people give us a 2nd GM or Asst GM who can make picks while they are away.

Well the other Phins fans of the board can make my pick for me if its ever needed. We know our team needs. I trust them, and of course, we have a war room going on for discussion.

Yeah I figured I would talk to some of the regulars on the Bronco board and see if they are interested or not (as long as they don't take the Broncos of course). Some of them are very impressive when it comes to the draft so definitely want them in on helping with the Bronco picks and definitely think they would be good for the game in actually being active.

Just a quick note that I just realized...The Seattle Seahawks pick of La'el Collins is kind of impossible considering he has decided to go back to school for another year.
