He won't play d-line though. Detroit needed another outside LB and he was the most talented behind Mack IMO. I was thinking of grabbing Gilbert or Dennard, but I didn't think either of them warranted a 10 spot. It's why I was trying to trade down a bit.

Barr is waaaay more talented than any secondary player in this draft

Gilbert to me is the most overrated prospect in the draft at this point so good move in not drafting him. I guess I haven't watched much of Barr but didn't know he was that good at dropping back into coverage? Again haven't watched much on him.

I like the Barr pick. Iv'e seen him play against UofA & ASU. Outside of Clowny & Mack, this is the next best defensive player in the draft. I was kinda hoping he might slip down to #20.
