looks like I'm not talking to myself in this thread after all LOL

but yes I can't see how Harbaugh isn't going to Michigan at this point

for now the carousel is over, but coaches might leave for the NFL and Utah could open up

so maybe not done yet

either way I'm going to start giving grades to these hires

I'm also surprised Bill Clark from UAB hasn't gotten a job yet, he did an amazing job there and definitely should be a head coach at the FBS level

SMU- Chad Morris(former Clemson Offensive Coordinator)

My Thoughts: Chad Morris was an excellent and innovative play caller in his time at Clemson, and really ran an explosive offense while Tajh Boyd and Sammy Watkins, he was one of the hotter names in the game and most thought he would only leave Clemson for a really big job. SMU definitely isn't the biggest of jobs though there is potential here, and Chad Morris will definitely recruit well here, great hire by SMU.

Troy - Neal Brown(Kentucky Offensive Coordinator)

Thoughts: Neal Brown did a good job running the offense at Kentucky and they got a few nice wins this year with him calling the plays. Neal Brown is pretty familiar with the Troy program, but that could be good or bad, because with the struggles Troy has had the past few years after once being the dominant Sun Belt program, maybe they needed a change, but then again Neal Brown left his spot as offensive coordinator of Troy after the 2009 season, so Troy was only good one year after he left before falling off a cliff. This isn't a surefire hire, but it could bring success.

Buffalo- Lance Leipold(former Wisconsin-Whitewater head coach)

Thoughts: Buffalo went outside the box on this once. Leipold was ridiculously good at Wisconsin-Whitewater having as many losses as national championships won. It will be interesting to see how he does recruiting since he isn't used to recruiting scholarship players, but it is really clear that he is a winner and can make his players winners too, he looks set to have some good years at Buffalo and then move to a bigger program.
