Not a bad trade for the Braves. I've never heard of the minor league catcher they sent, and he was blocked by Gattis and Bethancourt. Bonifacio is a base stealing threat that can play multiple positions and we needed left handed relief.

But I don't know how in the world the Red Sox racked up so much today.

They send away Jon Lester who only has two months left on his contract and an old 4th outfielder and get back one of the best LFs in the game in Cespedes.

Then they trade John Lackey and get Allen Craig for him. Ridiculous.

They're significantly better on offense now than they were before. I guess you don't have to rebuild when you acquire young, proven MLB talent for you aging players.

It's "undetermined" when Andrelton will come back. His ankle sprain was swelling and he was seen in crutches. That's just fucking great.

Yeah, I feel pretty good about the Falcons this year too. Really hoping Julio can stay healthy and really show what he's capable of. I'm mostly ready for CFB, that's what really gets my blood pumping.
