Kyle Seager just won, and I think he probably deserved it. I've been a fan of his for a long time, even arguing with my fellow fans who insisted he was nothing compared to Ackley of all people.

It doesn't change the fact that the awards are a complete joke due to the myriad laughable winners over the past many, many years.

Seager definitely deserved a GG. I am surprised he won one this year though. It generally takes a couple years of GG play to actually win your first.
