Also, depending on who the Dolphins take I am probably going to want to trade up with the Redskins and down with the Rams. I am not sure how to make a fair trade just between draft picks though, so could someone help me out? thanks

I want to draft someone for the Skins now. And nobody I want for the Rams is available now. So, if i switch third round picks what else do i need to give up to make it fair?

Edit: Oh, my bad, obviously that would work I'd be traded down

Yeah, the only thing I can see is giving up like 3rd, 4th, 6th for 3rd, 6th and 7th. I suggest you just pick BPA.
