We should win three or four games in the division -- I don't think we'll be swept by Pittsburgh or Baltimore. Sweeping Cleveland would help.

Away games agains Buffalo and San Diego are favorable given the rebuilding going on in both places. Road games in Miami, Chicago and Detroit will all be toss-ups.

Home games against Minnesota and New York are favorable and I'd say Indy would be a toss-up. I have no confidence against New England or Green Bay.

I'd give us 9 wins.... The schedule isn't all that tough.

Nah.... It's just the NFL. There are a lot of shitty teams in existence.

We have found a way to be average.... 9 games is obtainable for any 'average' team with a reasonable schedule.

it could get worse though
say, AJ Green begins his hold out to be traded after "the game plan" used in Houston becomes the key to Gruden's offense.

We'll somehow find ourselves at 9 or 10 wins and losing in the first round of the playoffs though. it's our thing now. the defense needs to plug holes though.

How are any of those considered toss-ups? I would think on the road, especially, we're not going to be favored in any of them.

Minnesota is probably a home loss, much like Miami last year, where we should have won on paper. NE and GB are losses, and I think our days of sweeping the Browns are numbered. I would say we go 2-4 in the division this year.

6 wins.

I think this is reasonable, maybe stealing one of the road games. 7 wins would be expected. Assuming any more than 8 would be delusions of grandeur

That's what everyone said last year.

I just think with our defense we should be in most games (with the exception being when we play elite teams like NE or GB). The D and ST travel well, so we should stay competitive on the road. I imagine we'll look a lot like we did the last two years.

The D, with reasonable S and ML play will be fine. By the end of the year though, our offense was becoming overly predictable and teams knew that if they took AJ out of the game, we wouldn't move the ball. With no changes to our QB, RB, or WR corps, I am not sure how this would change. Dandy isn't going to go out and win us those toss up games.

Something has to happen. Teams doubled AJ and the run game was already inconsistent.

Right now it appears they're banking on the o-line getting better with experience and Dalton improving. The former I'm hoping happens as well, but don't expect the latter.

Nonetheless, that won't be enough to put forth a competitive offense.

the PO loss last year deflated my balloon. Dalton, Gruden, Gresham, Lewis, all choked

I'm with Kramer on this one

Which is why we are going to draft a streth the field type of WR in the first two round with one of our 3 picks there. I am not even ruling out 1st round anymore. If the single out AJ, #2 along with Sanu and Gresham will make them pay.

I hope we draft someone ready to play this time in the second round, and yes, with the way this team operates in the offseason, I am hoping for a draft pick to provide much needed help, especially in the first 3 rounds.

Can't necessarily depend on a FA either, Travelle Wharton says hello.

Kramer does this same exercise EVERY March/April....LOL but what was your prediction last year??????????????????????????????????????????? 3 maybe 4 games?????? How did we finish??????

What did I choose??? 10-6 How did we finish????? 10-6 there was some concern for 8-8 early on but the 7-1 finish made me a winner..... Too early to tell

We're not very good 'in our house.' For whatever reason, Dalton is better on the road.

Good thing for us we play a very favorable road schedule. We should pick up some wins there.

Is this for real? I honestly can't tell if it is tongue in cheek or for sers

What do you find hard to believe.....

A) That we will find a stretch-the-field receiver in the first round

B) That Gresham will make them pay.

We have almost a 4% shot at either of those happening, so I'm feeling pretty confident.

Who-Dey!
