I'm surprised the Penguins are this high. They really need to do something about their defense if they're going to win the cup. Philly made them look lost & utterly awful.

This usually gets mentioned everytime these odds threads come up, but remember these odds aren't determined solely on the likelihood of each team winning the Cup but also on their popularity. A lot of people like to bet on their own team, so a popular team like Pittsburgh won't pay out as much as they otherwise would. Or you might get a lot of casual fans betting on Pittsburgh because of their top heavy star power. Then you have some not so popular teams like Florida and Phoenix that pay a lot more than they should.
