NU tweeked it's recruiting tactics a bit this year.

They know who they want and are willing to hold out for them. It's got it's risks.

Yes. He is extremely underrated because he is raw. Has the frame to become a dominant TE or DE. Extremely athletic and big. We had him sewn up at one point. Doesn't like the distance from home.

Cross has forgone his trip to virginia. Nebraska will be his last trip.

He took a trip to Kentucky mid week and nearly committed on the spot there. Still he wants to see Nebraska and then he'll make his decision. Obviously everything here is going to make Kentucky's program look like a corugated metal shack.

Another big factor will be Ron Brown as Cross is considering joining the ministry after college and he has connected with RB.

Just a solid looking RB. Doesn't jump off the screen but he catches great out of the backfield, breaks tackles well, has good balance and vision, and can scoot for a big guy.

seems like a raw guy but he could easily see the field early for short yardage sets. Get this guy in a serious weight training and nutrition program and he'll be a beast.

I like my judgement over his. He may be a player but 1. his judgement is clouded 2. I guarantee I know more about the trends in husker recruiting than he does. Why don't we just bring in all 2 stars then? I mean you just wave a magic wand and suddenly they can run faster jump higher bend better.

He reads the message boards and the recruiting sites. He's talking about us bitching about Sebastian Smith. He IS a reach. But it's only because we don't have a choice.
