How the fuck can so many of these guys have qualification issues? I took the ACT as a seventh grader and scored a 23... Granted, I'm a fairly smart guy, but I'm no damn rocket scientist. They have to get an 18 on the ACT! If you choose C or G on every question, you get a 12! It seriously has to be a lack of effort. Not THAT many people can be THAT stupid...
