There's a lot of names on that list that are eh...wish they broke it down a bit more. Forwards/Defense. I'm sure there's a list like that...I guess I could google it.

I heard today that Brooks Laich is a big target for Columbus, and I must admit I am stumped. I like the guy, just not sure where he fits. Unless the idea is to put him with Umberger and Nash to make opposing defensemen pee down their legs after warm-ups. Big Bodies Good.

It will be interesting to see where Laich ends up. See him making more money than many expect outside of Caps fans.

I think Bmo as they are lacking Centres that can distribute. I know they have carter now but he is not so much a play maker as he is a pure scorer and putting bmo with Nash could be really nice if he stays healthy.

Jussi Jokinen -- I like him for the Sens; skilled, still fairly young and a killer in that post game sideshow that the NHL has after some games.

Brooks Laich -- I'd like but not for what he's going to want to get paid.

Scottie Upshall -- I'd take Scottie pretty quick for about 2.7M.

Tim Connolly -- All based on games played or GTFO.

Ville Leino -- I want him on the Sens; would fit well on a line with EITHER Spezza or Alfie.

Brendan Morrison -- Too old.

Brad Richards -- Too much $$$$$$

Michal Handzus -- Only if it's a one year deal.

Ben Eager -- GTFO.

just my read on Jovo: I think he takes less to go to a "traditional" hockey market ... heard him interviewed and he wants to play where people care ... starting to hate anonymity ... he came and attended the cup final and said he was asked for more pictures during game 5 when he sat in the lower bowl of rogers arena than he was all of last season in Glendale (away from rink while wearing civies)

he popped in my head for a salo replacement. Im not sure what his health status is or his salary demands but that position (him or Salo) can only be $2M.
