I wouldn't say every call but they've had some favorable calls while the Badgers were litterlly knocked to the ground (NO FLOPPING) 3 times and no call.

You can't play in your home arena, but you can absolutely play anywhere else. Duke and UNC get Greensboro and Charlotte, NC a lot. Florida got Orlando this year.
