You can't play in your home arena, but you can absolutely play anywhere else. Duke and UNC get Greensboro and Charlotte, NC a lot. Florida got Orlando this year.

the arenas and cities are set years in advance. Why wouldnt Wisky as a 2 have their first two games in Milwaukee?
