Correct. Stupid comments deserve stupid responses and that is what he got.If you don’t see the difference in setting him up, that is on you.
I am not defending what he said. Never have, never will. But you (or others, I don’t know who said exactly what and when, and I am not going to do the research for this stupid discussion) egged him on, opening the convo to that subject.
Boot him 7 years ago. Boot him 5 years ago. Boot him last week. But don’t bot him now, after he was egged on by very similar comments.
I'm getting to the point where I don't.Some of us are. Why do you care?
No I mean why do you care about what Warriors fans think? You have your own team to worry about, whichever one that is.I'm getting to the point where I don't.
The problem with sending Green to the bench is that he is the only one who gives max effort on defense.Okay, guys, let's get back to basketball. Draymond Green initiating the offense from the top of the key is killing the Warriors on the offensive end. It's like they're playing 4 on 5. The Grizzlies are getting revenge for Tony Allen. Draymond is totally getting the Tony Allen treatment. How easy is it for a Memphis defender to guard him? Actually, you don't guard him. You simply back away from him and give help guarding the other 4 Warriors.
Draymond has rarely shot the ball, and the Warriors offense has really struggled most of this series. The comeback in Game 4 actually started when Draymond went to the bench, and the offense started playing better. Most of the time, he doesn't even look at the rim. Memphis plays him to pass and it will either lead to a turnover since they have 5 guys covering 4 Warriors, or if the pass is completed, the Warrior who catches the ball will usually have less space to work with than in a normal, functioning NBA offense.
Draymond needs to step it up in Game 6. Shoot the ball if you are close to the basket. Take a couple steps back and shoot a couple threes. I don't think he should be taking midrange shots. Make the Grizzlies pay for giving you no respect on the offensive end.
Draymond was far more aggressive in the Denver series, and the Warriors were better off for it. Draymond shot 4/11 on threes in the Denver series. In this series, he has less three point attempts (3) than made three point shots in the Denver series. Draymond, please wake up and shoot the ball. Shooting the ball is not against the rules.
He's got you there, @RobotechThe problem with sending Green to the bench is that he is the only one who gives max effort on defense.
I don't. I only care what this one thinks. No I mean why do you care about what Warriors fans think? You have your own team to worry about, whichever one that is.
Who, me? I'm touched.I don't. I only care what this one thinks.

Are you seriously white knighting msg with this lame joke? Why is your screen name AD2022MVP when the injury report has never named it’s MVP in any season?
Will that help if he keeps missing? I would think that the answer is to have Curry or Poole up there leading the offense and not GreenThe solution is for Draymond to shoot the ball.
Hey @calsnowskier @boltfan72 @trojanfan12 I didn't even troll this one out of himI have to admit, it is the reason I used to root for the Celtics back in the day; still do today. Enjoyed watching guys who looked like me do well.
No, I’m laughing at a troll who decided it was safe to come back to the site now thinking that everyone forgot about the biggest underachieving season in the league this year. Are you seriously white knighting msg with this lame joke?
Ok that's what I thought, you're a Celtics fan. I hope for your sake they can somehow win these last two vs the BucksI have to admit, it is the reason I used to root for the Celtics back in the day; still do today. Enjoyed watching guys who looked like me do well.
In addition to all the other things he's been tasked with doing. The solution is for Draymond to shoot the ball.

Depends on the game I guess...and what his particular assignments are.Does Draymond even take 5 shots a game?
I'll admit at one time I just thought he was a total pain in the ass.
Then I started appreciating his game more.
He's the type of player you want on your team.
Depends on the game I guess...and what his particular assignments are.
But yeah...he needs to be more confident with his game when they're on offense.
He's primarily a pass, rebound & set screens type of player. Shooting isn't his priority. Never was.
