Well that couldn’t have gone any better.
Tucker was +11 with 5 offensive rebounds (7 total) 5 steals 2-5 on corner 3s and a shit ton of hustle plays.
Sixers win every quarter
Non Embiid minutes not only didn’t hurt them, they won them considerably

And I can’t believe I’m saying this but the Sixers actually won the 3 pt line in a playoff game by 24 points.

The last game was close as well. The Nets just couldn’t overcome the adjustment to blitz the ball out of the hands of Bridges and they couldn’t keep up anymore.

I don’t know about Vaughn being a dude ready for this moment. His game 1 plan just got off each and every Sixer not named Embiid. Hard to win a series (or even compete in one) when you have all the others feeling comfortable and performing.

The whistle here has been weird at both ends. In one possession, they’re letting them play physical playoff basketball and then next time down it’s touch fouls with not a lot. Hard for the players to get a feel for how the game will be called.
