At best, i'm going to hope the Lakers can take at least one game.

But another sweep seems more likely. This team isn't built to take on the Nuggets.

Idk

You guys get blown out in every 3rd quarter. Feels like Denver is adjusting and LA isn't

Denver just plays their game for 48 minutes. Eventually it’s just too much to overcome when you have no depth.

Yeah, once you see the numbers for Denver's bench scoring vs LA's bench scoring......

it's not even close!

2 guys can't carry an entire team against the defending NBA Champions.

LA has to completely overhaul its supporting cast. Especially with LeBron turning 40 this calendar year.

The cat is out of the bag. DRuss is def trade material and he has already decided to opt out of his contract this summer. He has proven, two-years-in-a-row, that he is unreliable in the post-season. Reaves and Hachimura are close behind. All three simply forget how to play basketball in the second half of games. The Lakers may have to move all three this summer and start fresh for next year.

Denver has 12 12 17 in 3 games from the bench

I agree LA could benefit from a piece of the bench that is consistent but they're not losing these leads in the 2nd or 4th they're losing it in the 3rd when the starters mostly play.

Ham may be gone, too. It's pretty clear at this point he's starting to lose some of the players imo...

Just looking at the bench numbers for each game

Game 1: Denver 17-11
Game 2: Denver 12-6
Game 3: Lakers 19-12

Both benches are pretty equal all things considered.

It's not like Denver has a great bench.
It’s not the bench that is playing in the 3rd quarter for the most part. When you have by far the best 3-6 it just takes its toll.

Gordon isn’t a star, but he’s the type of player you need to win in the playoffs. Willing to take on the hardest, best offensive player, grabs rebounds, and still gives you something on O. For being the number 4 pick of the Magic, he came to Denver willing to take on any role. One of my favorite players on the team.

DLo can't be traded if he opts out, that makes him an FA and you'll get your wish he will probably not be re-signed in LA

The big question is does LeBron move to get one more title (and/or play with Bronny), or is he too old and entrenched in LA to leave?

Reaves and Hacimura can be traded but does what you get back help you (and LeBron) win now?

Right it's more players 3-5 that Denver is much stronger than LA. And 1-2 is probably a little favoring Denver too. Denver is just better and no reasonable Lakers fan would disagree.

It's been ugly, that's for sure....

At least the Chiefs picked up the receiver that I wanted last night...

I'm still trying to forget what happened to the good guys in green in game two.

I think it goes

Jokic
AD
Lebron

Murray

What stops Murray from being In that upper elite category is he’s just so inconsistent. Playoff Murray can get to that level but he’s gotta stop being so hit and miss all game.
