Kapernick and Hernandez I always viewed as guys I would shoot if I saw them tresspassing on my property along with 98% of NBA players. Would never suspect them to be "Gang Members", but definitely thuggish. You can never take the ghetto out of these guys. Its who they are. I'd bet 12 bucks Hernandez cant even write his own name.
