reason why?? don't just stop at the statistics. elaborate on why?

lets talk education and how blacks and hispanics are getting worse educations than other ethnic groups. over crowded classrooms less qualified teachers and so on.. there's more to a final stat then just the just the numbers.. try figuring out the equation that gets you to that number rather than just stating an answer with no reason for it
