Question: do the people that want welfare recipients (there are more white on welfare than blacks) to perfrom drug testing so we can save money by not wasting it on drug attics understand drug testing is not cheap?

My wife works in a hospital lab. Drug testing does not have to be 'not cheap'. It can be done cheaply. It isn't done cheaply because the people who run the medical industry in this country are corrupt to the core.
