Chico has stepped away from the team and wasn't there today for the game because of it.

Unless Chico can play QB he isn't much of a loss seeing how the fvck fumbled the ball just about every other touch this season.

I'm not seeing any QB's in that list of names so not really worried if they do or don't come back.

jfc, Mark Brunell would have still had to ran the plays being called with that line and those skill players. He wouldn't have done a lot more either.

Brunell was ten times the QB Browning could ever hope to be. I watched them all from Sixkiller to Moon to Brunell to what we have now. It isn't even a comparison.

You missed the point entirely. Wasn't suggesting they are in the same zip code.

There is an obvious glaring issue with the staff, game planning, game prep, and game calling.

When was the last time they played half way decent in the first half?

Let me be clear. Jake helped this team take that next step for sure and my hat is off to him for that. Going forward we need more of a mobile QB. That's the college game now. LB's right now can drop back in zone and not worry he's going anywhere. Look what happened when we dropped back last night dude took off running a lot. I'm willing to believe it will open up more of the field if they have to watch the quarterback more. Just a thought.

The thing the browning haters seem to ignore is he was pretty solid when he had targets to throw to. When they had Ross and Pettis that offense was a force.

What the hell are they doing in WR recruiting? No, you don't need a once in a decade talent every year, but who is the top receiver on that unit? Right now Jones probably. he has 400y on the season.

Jake can't carry a team or create offense that isn't there. Clear as day the case. There are QB's around college that can do more with less around them. Also true. They don't have one ready on this team though.

We spoke quite a bit about the concern of not having playmakers at receiver going into this year and none really emerged as a killer talent. Chico never really coming back and Pounds leaving hurt. They haven't been anything more than a footnote this year.

But why don't they have solid game ready talent at that level?
