He's running the show. He thinks because he makes good business decisions that he can also make good personnel decisions. Until he accepts that he isn't fit to be GM, they will be a .500 team at best.

I am not saying its all Romo's fault. Sometimes he plays well enough to win.

This isn't on Romo. The coaching and play calling are absurd. The defense made the Bears' offense look like the Broncos.

If memory serves, didn't he hire Bill Parcels a few years back to make personel decisions but couldn't stay out of the way? The guys ego is outrageous.
