From what I've read in some places, this vid is rough example of what Mike Sullivan has been doing to his team after their "embarrassment" of a game in DC on Wednesday night.

I read he bag-skated (wind sprints on skates) them at a practice on Thursday. And, to top it all off, the only available rink to practice on was in Newark, NJ. So they commuted out to Newark from NYC to get all their asses kicked.

Yeah, his team leading +/- is staggering alright...combined with his inability to stay on the ice due to injuries, and his huge contract...staggering.

Bad loss...losing to a bad Sabres team severely depleted with injuries. Pens looking a bit tired and not sharp...but Damn, Daley is kicking but and Schultz is looking pretty good too

Unfortunately that game was what plagued them early last year. The total lack of scoring, in every facet yesterday they outplayed the Sabres to only get shelled by of all freakin' goalies Anders Nilsson.
