Because it shows the team management and overall philosophy is a winning attitude. You think it is a fluke that they have that record in Game 7's?

Great teams rise to the occasion and by team I mean everyone involved in the organization. The Red Wings have a great organization.

That's funny. Saw Mayers do it before the game and chuckled. Not many people were taking notice. I didn't focus too much on what he was doing because I was far too worried that he was actually going to play game 5. I couldn't see a couple bodies during the warmups and thought he was going to be plugged in for somebody.

Wonder how they came up with the "1/2 day" fine.
