Quit checking me out.
not a defenseless player.
Saw a lot of hits that happened the same way and never got called targeting. It's a bama thing you wouldn't understand..Targeting because he lowered the crown of his helmet yet the receiver did the exact same thing. The hypocrisy of football
Concur. Believe the targeting penalty should be re-looked.They'll probably call it targeting but the first defender caused the second defender to sandwich him which made it look worse.

I don't think it's legal for USC fans to talk about other teams getting overrated.Convenient Texas a&m snuck in top 25 to give Alabama a top 25 team on schedule. Must have been those powerhouse wins against northwestern state and UL Monroe
Not part of the rule, trust me on that. Lost a player last week

It use to be unless they changed it. I mean if a runner lowers his head, then what are you going to do? Get rolled over?
But yeah, I've seen it called this way often this year, so I dunno.
Bj Foster laid out a USC guy and they called it. The rule is tough. A lot of used to be good tackles are ejections, just the world we live in now
Yeah, but I really think the first defender who made contact influenced the entire play and caused the receivers head to instinctively lower right into the second defenders head. That was blatant targeting. Wilson gets ejected at least 2-3 times a year for it

Gonna end up being like the NFL where nobody knows what a fucking catch is anymore.
Aggies playing with a lot of heart.
