I'd much rather have Solarte if they're going to trade for anyone. At least he has a consistent track record of being a decent hitter (career .271/.334/.420 hitter, 108 OPS+).

I'd rather try to pry Barnes from the Dodgers. He won't be getting many at bats as long as Grandal's healthy. Hell, go for Sale's battery mate Flowers. He's been a pretty decent hitter over the last 2 years.
