LOL, prior to getting your ass kicked by us, when was the last time you played a ranked P5 OOC opponent in the regular season besides the perennially overrated Notre Dame? 2008? You and Notre Dame have been keeping each other out of the ranks of garbage teams for decades, both of you skating by on reputations you haven't earned in a generation.

Tennessee- Martin ( FCS) Vrs Alabama ( Was Lockeed Martin or Martin Lawrence unavailable?)

When you schedule crap like this deep in November when everyone else is playing conference rivals you need to STFU about other schools scheduling. Especially ones who have a history of traveling for OCC games and your team under it's current coach whos been there 14 years has played one road OCC game and that's only because it was scheduled before he was there.
Oh and the season after USC played @ Notre Dame in 2008 USC played @ #8 Ohio State. You should do a little research before you ask a question.

Hello McFly...that was the answer to my question, dumbass...that is why I said "2008?" It was actually a rhetorical question since I answered it myself, but congrats for being able to answer a question to which I provided you the answer. Yes, the last time you played a ranked OOC opponent that was not named Notre Dame, prior to getting your ass kicked by us in 2016, was in fact 2008 when you played Ohio State. Incidentally Notre Dame was not ranked that year, so it was the only ranked OOC opponent you played.

You should probably argue your point with someone who doesn't like neutral site games, I like them. The evidence seems pretty clear that for awhile it was almost a guarantee of a better opponent. If the ACC hadn't gone to shit, I would still be advocating for them. I mean occasionally you get an opponent that isn't worth a shit, like USC or FSU, but usually they show up to play.

It's funny how year after year we can schedule an FCS team and still have a higher SOS than USC...it probably has something to do with the Pac-12 going like 4-21 against ranked OOC teams in the last few years. The Pac-12 ought to use this covid pandemic to become an academic conference like the ivy league. I mean, why pretend like they are really trying to compete, when clearly they are not...Pac-12, it just means less....a lot less.

Why do you keep mentioning Towsend, since there is no such school? Alabama has never played Southern Utah St. or the imaginary teams you keep coming up with; and has never played more than one FCS team in a season, much less 40 in 10 years.

A better question might be: When is the Pac-12 going to win an OOC game against a team that finishes in the Top 5 in the final polls? Top 10, even?
