The signing of these 2 WRs is a clear message to JDox, or should be. Its not that these guys are great WRs, but that the team is unsatisfied with the WR play and is to the point that they are willing to bring in others to see if it helps. We will see if it lights a fire under Doctson or any of the other WRs.

Of course they need a QB that is willing to throw it to them.........

I mean the problem couldn’t possibly be the only QB in NFL history to go a full season without a TD to a WR...could it? I mean we just paid contract we should have offered that other guy the previous year.

Hell yesterday coach was jumping up and down happy because Cousin's threw an INT very late in the game. What he didn't know and neither did I at the time was he hit Treadwell right in the hands and bounced off to a Packer.

I have seen Smith throw some back shoulder passes but not so much yesterday. That throw to Dox in the end zone would have been better as a back shoulder throw. Then to they keep telling us Dox catches all of those in practice. It just doesn't seem to make it to the field.

It was a poor throw in which Doctson had NO chance to field in bounds. It's 2 games. Doctson is fine just needs targets is all. I'm not going to say he is a bust just yet.

well the unfair , power abuser mod skinsdad said a few weeks ago before the start of the season that it could take the offense time to gel because of AS being on a new team with new wrs and a new offense and the defense had to carry the team early .

i expect next week vs the packers it will be better and then next week and so on

the real fair criticism of AS is that he went into CDC mode down 2 scores and the game on the line , we need more

could what i said above have a role in that ? sure

would KC get that benefit of the doubt ? no

I completely agree it takes time to gel in timing patterns and depth of patterns run.

Going CDC has nothing to do with familiarity. It has everything to do with mentality.

What to expect next week, more check downs when we need points.

It doesn’t really matter because AS doesn’t throw to WRs.

Well, considering the WR position is very dependent on the QB position, it fits.

I think and I am one of them that thought our WR position was dicey at best in the beginning of the year. Certainly didn't happen that all three backup WRs are hurt. I am guessing the fact that they brought in 2 guys means one of two things. Harris is not received and/or they are not happy with Quick. Unless of course someone else got injured that I am not aware of.
